Each is Malaysian Govt & Lynas so $20K in total but maybe the message is sinking in that the Court system is not a free for all for every vexatious litigant and political wannabe.
With the harsh reality of having their own gonads on the line (welcome to the world of the Lynas investor) you have to wonder how keen these lemmings are going to be to continue court action.
Their legal eagles may come pro bono but it appears nobody's picking up the lunch tab.
If the first $20K is hard to digest how foolhardy are the next trio of cat's paws?
(BTW, hope brings a close to the "China conspiracy", doubt anyone would be stressing over $20K)
