i've been watching this situation unfold and still cant quite figure out this latest annc, but putting the option angle aside for a moment as surely if the annc has substance that is small bikkies,and going on the annc's content, having so much at stake, can someone tell me why this annc was made...i mean nothing is signed off.Sure it can all read very positive if your that way inclined, but as far as i can see they were no way oblidged under asic rules to say anything at this stage of a negotiation,as,i repeat nothing has been signed off...seems a very strange way of doing business.
