Once again out of your depths Smuggler / "LeekTalk"/"DongCheng"/"BubbleBoy"/etc.

LookSmart became a partner of Ask Jeeves when Jeeves bought out the properties of Interactive Search Holdings in 2004 that included Excite, Iwon, MySearch, Myway and a couple of other properties.

Since LOOK was a partner with Interactive they became an ASKJ partner.

ASKJ has since been acquired by IACI and is now or will be soon a partner with Barry Diller's group.

Please note in the link below that Mysearch is an Ask Jeeves/IACI company, not new as you suggested
