This gets rid of all telephone lines for alarm monitoring and as they use spread spectrum radio it cannot be jammed or inactivated. The cost would be very much lower than dedicated phone line and also more secure. I would expect the bigger alarm companies to be very interested in the alarm monitoring technology. My company has a novel use for these alarm systems and we are doing prototying right now.
