Tokyo.....
In answer to your questions.
Look tends to follow the DAQ...isn`t it possible the present SP is due to bad sentiment?
Have you listened to May 11 conference? Hills sound very confident....can things go downhill so quickly?
and course there are heaps of negatives which u have mentioned... what`s the present break up value? potential takeover?
1....LOOK's fall has NOTHING to do with overall market sentiment.....it is LOOK specific
2....Yes i did listen to Hills but since his appointment he has been "bullish" and LOOK is worse off today then when he started.
3....Yes things can go downhill that quickly.
On your broader question its break up value and or takeover value
1.....what has LOOK got to break up?
a) Wisenut......LOOK paid $9.25m for it and its probably worse today then when they bought it.........sale price.......lucky to get what they paid for it
b) Furl.........LOOK paid shares for this and value if anything is a guesstimate
c)...Netnanny.....LOOK paid $4.2m for this and its worth zero
d)...Findarticles......worth nothing
e)...LOOK client base......worth nothing
LOOK had $43m in the bank as at March 31st of which $40m has to be kept as cash for its SBLC
LOOK in its current form is probably worth $25 m to $50m
and in a firesale......even less
Its still overvalued based on its business model and or its break up value
as to takeover value.....who would want it and why?
it has nothing anyone would want.
IMHO
