IMHO a fine strategic investment of time and other resources by Data-inCrypt: successful completion of this process should be well & truly worth the wait.

3. One little quibble: it's "cannot be *over*stated" - i.e., there's no limit to the significance of something. "Cannot be understated" means something like "must avoid unnecessary modesty".
