The smart talk is that SMY are on the ropes but still throwing lots of punches they have several bleeding cuts but the white towel is still tucked away.

THX are skipping around the ring throwing plenty of body punches. The punters on the side lines are trying to back THX.

Its very obvious that from ASX reports that in lay terms SMY have failed to do the proper job. It would appear that they thought because they have the plant they could rail roll the THX boys. Where they failed was they underestimated Phil Crabb and his team and did not realize that THX directors have an obligation to us shareholders to not give away a very good asset.

It would have been very easy to bend over a take the pain and save a lot of money in legal fees, but principles apply.

I fully support the THX stand.

SMY should not delay in trying to admit their fault and made amends as there is an old proverb “Two lions cannot feed on the same kill”

One Lion is already looking over the spoils. Can you guess who that is?
