people, (specially those who will hold longer term and thus make shares scarcer), prefer stocks that are steady with predictable volatility...
todays action is the kind of stuff that makes them sell out and attracts short term traders looking for a couple of cents.
imo, a lot of these longer term holders are still to sell out over the coming days.
