They are simply pointing out additional risks that investors face - that of management - I suspect this is one (of many) reasons why CVI's share price hasn't taken off. Obviously something that investor's should be alert to.

Personally, the story so far is looking great, and MS has been kicking goals for us. Whether this continues of course remains to be seen. I believe the future is looking rosy, but of course people shouldn't put their eggs all in one basket...
