If SN Tech are not using BRN, how did the company not know? What were they basing an invoice off? They have touted this relationship for a long time as evidence of commercial use, a carrot to distract and to stop any quest into the NDA's they are so happy to talk about but not reveal. Now after they invoice them they find out their tech isn't being used? What gave them the impression they were in the first place? It is crazy to think after all this research and collaboration with SN Tech that this is just happening. Either SN have committed fraud or BRN has. Either way BRN has a responsibility to its shareholders to keep them up to date and informed. This is a major source of current revenue that is being disputed, to think it has no material impact to the company is just plain denial. Look at the decline over the last 6 months in SP, to think in anyway this has just happend without any signs being shown by SN Tech in the recent past is ludicrous. Someone somewhere along the BRN line has dropped the ball hard by not paying attention to their business environment.
