No one is saying that SN Tech are not using BRN. Stick to what we actually know. We have an Agreement with them for the use of our IP. We have invoiced them based on the dollars in that Agreement.
Has BRN dropped the ball? Well we just don't have the facts to say that.
Is SN Tech trying to screw us? Quite apart from what I think, we don't have the facts yet to say that either.
Are SN Tech refusing to pay anything to BRN or are they holding off paying until we agree they are legitimately entitled to some of the $609K? Well the latter seems plausible and they may have a reasonable claim. It's certainly the red hot question that would be nice to have an answer to. But the Co hasn't told us yet and I suppose the obvious reason is all this sheet is still up in the air.
