Yep, could get real ugly if NYCLU get wind of our FOI request and the dispute with SN Tech.Hopefully they haven't stolen our tech, that was one of the questions l sent through for the webinar and LDN answered it in the summary at the end.

Lou's answer was along the lines of ...... "I can't use the word guarantee but we are highly confident that is not the case......legal folks are all over this"
You never know, it could also work in our favour. If other schools looking at Aegis are aware that there is a dispute between CSI/SN Tech and us it could help pressure them in to coming up with some $$
