TLS has admitted that the mail option(snail mail) is more secure these days than relying solely on software protection!

In the Notice of 2025 Annual General Meeting on “Locating your Shareholders number” it states the following:
”For security reasons, Shareholders numbers can only be sent by post to the Shareholder’s registered address, they cannot be provided by email or phone.”

I’ve been waffling on for awhile that this technology is less secure than the analog system when it comes to security.

My approach has been to do as much as possible by snail mail for as long one can get away with….unfortunately the Private and Public sector are indifferent to security and more concerned with cost savings.
