I am appalled by the ultimatums made.
1) They will quit if Tim L and Angus M are voted in.
2) They will quit if shareholders don't approve the options.
Grow Up!!
I have already voted.
I hope TL and AM are voted in. And CH can quit if he wants to. A fresh start with directors who have got plenty of skin in the game is a better deal for me than directors who put their hands out for options even before they have achieve anything for the company.
To be fair, CH has raised $1.4M in a very short time. The other two directors? I don't know.
The directors should work with each other, whoever are voted in, instead of issuing absurd ultimatums.
