Just like you asserted these 3 were the real deal Mr Philip Ashley, Dr Malcolm Brandon and Mr John Maclean? Your understanding of what is the real deal is highly questionable and has limited basis in fact.
The Directors have have nailed their flag to the mast with this statement "the directors seeking election would be unable to proceed at the current levels of commitment if the options were not approved by the shareholders"
