To win a game of snakes and ladders you have to go from square 1 to 100. Sometimes you get a shortcut up a ladder and sometimes you slide down a snake, but mostly you take single steps to get there. To start drilling CTP have to take small steps. Pxa was a ladder, Rog farm in is a small step, agreeing that Pxa have to ratify is a small step,comencing proceedings is a small step, get the picture, every step is a step closer. Be patient and we will all win.
