whats in the ground is still there...it doesn't change because a 7m cap raising is done. Sure these are quite often mates offerings. So what? It doesn't dilute by much and mates wouldn't be buying in at 11c if they thought there was risk that it would drop below it. It has effectively put a floor under the price at 11c. For holders that should be seen a good thing imo. There is still some bad tastes in peoples mouths from a couple of years back but I honestly think you guys will do very well. Remember it may be bumpy along the way and there will be the odd tree shake by those attempting manipulate it but as it gets higher the games become harder to play. I have been fascinated by this stock for a couple of years due to friends buying in large amounts back then. Could never bring myself to buy but nearly did this morning on open. I think those in around these prices will do very nicely unless something unforseen happens (which is always a risk with a drill bit)
