Whilst the recent chart is looking ugly, the fundamentals look good. With income about to come in, it is waiting for a good entry. I thought $1 was good, I was wrong, and you will get in cheaper ... how cheap is the question. As always - what price to you think is good value. Remember - you have to pull the trigger at some point or you will be sitting on the jetty when all the boats have gone. I am happy with the management and the way information is diseminated to shareholders. I like BTR for the above reasons and happy to ride out this period. But do your own reasearch and the market works in strange ways, but at the end value generally is found out and the price is reflective of that.
