From my experience, if this were a margin call then they wouldn't have stopped at $0.04. This is one shareholder who has got the shits with the stock and just taken an emotional stance rather than an informed one - hard to take an informed one when there remain gaping holes in data that is owed to the mkt yet not delivered to date.
