    Looking forward to a market recovery and PEN should greatly benefit from it.
    U3O8 has had a dreadful run after overshooting on the upside last year that combined with the credit crisis has resulted in poor shareprice performances.
    Can it get much worse or is it a low for these u3o8 shares I know what Im thinking.
