    Thanks, you’re correct. It’s interesting this was not mentioned in the original aquisition announcement so it must’ve been negotiated into the final terms.

    The wash up is that PAL will pick up 20m shares for PFS and somewhere between 10m-20m shares in total for DFS and offtake.
