Short position on PDN is around 11.2%,it looks shorters are in good position. But it may not be true.
Another good example, ACR, heavily shorted, 13.7%. But sp spiked 52% within 2 week, from 75c to $1.14.
I expect PDN at least fetching 42c, 50% from its low within weeks.
