Even the CNNC announce that all regulaltory approvals have been met and signing for their 25% of only a part of the company for US$190m hasn't generated much interest so far. note Market cap complete compnay is A$294m - so go figure the logic there]. Given so many were saying just last week that this thing should be 20c or less as the Chinese probably won't want such a dog, I at least expected some action.
