Kind of agree with you Isatas......even guessing that the Japanese utilities may be heavily stock piled. However, what I am hoping will happen is that the change in sentiment will push the utilities off of the spot market and into term contracts, thus putting upward pressure on the spot, thus putting a floor under the PDN sell price.........."hoping".
