Could well be. What the charts are showing is that many of the uranium companies move together. The correlation coefficient in the bottom left of each chart shows how much they are closely aligned with 1.0 being perfect alignment.
So the idea is to get into a company when the majority of the sector are moving upward especially if it has been well correlated before.
The chart below shows the correlation matrix of the uranium companies.
