The Sourcing platform is the holy grail imo because it automatically sources and ranks the most connected and qualified passive candidates from a database of near 1.2bln people. Utilising this with the Talent Assessment platform makes sense a lot more because the connection has already been made with potential candidates and a much cheaper cost to the company using it. The Talent Assessment by itself still has the company needing to find candidates (maybe through advertisements/job boards) to pass on the 1pg proposal.
