They undoubtedly include ordinary workers as well I would think...but thats the whole 1-Page philosophy isn't it? - That you shouldn't just judge a person on their previous work experience, you just judge them on what they are capable of doing for you, and how well they sell themselves, as well as how well connected they are socially to your workforce (as an indicator for employee 'stickiness'). There's plenty of big businesses out there wanted to employ sales assistants (Sears, Redbull, Champs?!)
