Ok firstly I want to say that anything I mention are my thoughts only and that holders should do their own dd and fact finding.
Stocky, yes it would be for all hires. The lowest of hires costs around 3k as is in the presso's, management possies are much much higher as anyone in business would know because head hunters, advertisements and personnel deployment is much greater! Yeah a Ma n Pa can advertise for heaps cheaper but in a larger organisation the personel deployment/time/interviewing/etc costs heaps once all is done!
Imagine that HR can simply tap into the sourcing database that cross references employee connections and best possible passive candidates at that instance, everything is automated and the only intervention is an employee clicking "yes" I'd refer them and the passive candidate clicking "yes" I'm interested!
