They are required to file an 8K with the SEC but have either 2 or 4 (business) days in which to do so ... apparently that constitutes immediately.

They are also late on 10Q for Mar 31,2020 (should be by May 11 .. got for 45 day grace period and will file no later than June 25).

Going to have to be patient with them.

Now what prompted the big jump in oil price? First it was going done on the renewed China trade spat and suddenly has gone green again?

No idea with oil... so strange.

That demand report was bad, China trade spat, yet oil is above $35... not that I'm complaining
