Not convinced. But we may be talking cross purposes ... when I look at recovery I'm thinking broad economic recovery not just oil price being driven by motor fuel usage (pun intended).

So what that means for me is that the jury is out still. Also by way of example many more businesses are discovering that work from home can actually be efficient ... that could take as many or more "miles of driving" off the chart as is added by those driving to avoid public transportation.
Too early for me ... call me conservative
