Yep I would agree ... thought we would have had the announcement by Friday's close. I guess before market opens in the US on Monday? I would consider a default material. I would consider a no agreement and non default with continuing negotiations as simply that ... not material but surely material to anyone who would consider buying .... why would you buy with this hanging over company's head ... unless you felt very comfortable that the outcome is going to be positive ... How's the volume and money flow?
Probably more important for SNDE is to get their incentive plan in place. The thing to look for now I guess is any changes in comp if there is a change in control... which the filing addresses quite comprehensively ... some snippets.
