Must admit that I am in total shock or surprise that we could be threaten by chapter 11 when oil is at $40 and we are hedged for the next 18 months for most of production I think debt covenants that would shut the company down at these levels would , should have been disclosed. I just find it hard to believe , oil falling to $35 to 40 should be expected during the price cycle. Long term business viability is another matter , IMO.
