The NASDAQ has little to nothing to do with it. The SEC though they are nowhere near as "accommodating" as ASIC. Like ASIC they go after the big fish that defraud Billions (e.g. Enron, Worldcom, and many more). The SEC is more stringent with its regulations IMO.
The behavior we are witnessing is inline with low value stocks (in all facets).
