Nabtrade gave me the run around. First person I spoke to way before the redom told me to create an international account then the shares would be automatically transferred to me. Absolute BS. Then they told me that the shares needed to be worth more than 10k and that I needed to write a letter as there was no form.
Rang commsec and was explained easily and processed quickly so I am with commsec now and will be closing my nabtrade account.
It is amazing how little the people you speak to know about their own products.
