Read an article that unfortunately states that shale oil wells may not be able to be brought back on after shutdown due to technical reasons , mentioned waxes etc , unsure , but sounds like they block up. Anyway , point is , real technical problems in shutting down wells , maybe able to throttle right back . It will be interesting what eric does , tough position. On a good note IMO , at least we are hedged , a lot of big shalers like John Hamm are not.
