Isn't someone in this group in constant communication with him? Definitely a question worth asking
I'd have thought the hedging would put them in a strong position to get through this trough and potentially be very strong on the other side of it. The investors have a right to know as they haven't put out any meaningful communication since moving to NASDAQ
The cynic in me thinks this is the main reason they moved to nasdaq, so they have more opportunity to screw the investors over either by Ch11, or delisting. It all seems very dodgy at the moment
