Not derisked at all. It's a totally different sort of beast & play type compared to Fan1.

The section encountered at Fan-1 is missing up or eroded at SNE-1 (rather doesn't exist). So SNE-1 is not a 'fan' type play, instead its got a Karst topography feature.

In simple words, the reservoir will b all carbonate with shaly seal (sands r missing). So the trap is inplace, all they need to prove via drilling is to confirm if its got any HC's sitting in it.

Their 3Dseis shows a lot of 'misties' which indicates a fractured reservoir (carbonates get washed out leaving cavities/vugs etc) which can drink up a lot of drilling fluid (ie mudlosses) whilst drilling. So these cavities could b water wet or HC bearing, we don't know yet, hence the need to drill & confirm. So fingers crossed.

Last casing depth was 1907m (most likely 13"csg), proposed TD is 3292m, so its much shallower then Fan1. They should intersect the Albian & Aptian targets around 2600m & 2750m depth.

Rig move is just a short tow about 24kms SE from Fan1 + give it 2-3 days for setup & re-entry b4 drilling ahead.
