SNE-1, page-2

Already discussed that. In simple words,

1) This is what they've gotten back to after the top hole at SNE-1 was drilled 6 months ago



2) This is what the 3d amp's look like for the first target. Note the strong amplitude brightening (yellow color) is due to a sand presence with fluids. We don't know what kind of fluids (gas, oil, water), hence the reason to drill. So hopefully will find out by nxt month.  



3) Nxt image shows where to expect the first target at (2600m or thereabouts). Refer slide 28 frm their Sept preso to zoom in.




4) Noticed a snippet of what they have found at Fan-1. Again this image is not to scale, so cant work out the exact thickness of each sand packet. CNE-COP should have that frm the WL logs, incl the poro/perm, density, gamma, resistivity changeover.

Should the P90 estimate of 250 mmbbls OIIP b firmed up by Cairn-Conoco, then I think they r on a winner. There's more appraisal drilling reqd though to suss out recovery rates. Do chk out CNE's Aug'14 transcript from HY conf where they were keen to unravel this Fan, little wonder they put up with the Express & all those delays. Just my thoughts for now, away for a week will swingby later.
