That is being cruel.. Coles has a level of customer service that this guy just does not.

I wrote to Ian and asked genuine, open and carefully worded questions that as a shareholder I thought were relevant. In return I just got sniped at and I had to remind him it cost nothing to be courteous. He agreed, but did not apologise and I personally think FAR should get a better media company.

And although I am on ignore by the likes of Whiskey etc, I was not sarcastic, nor made any comment in jest. I like Dr Brooks, because the pair of us lighten this forum up a little, but when communicating with the company I do try to show respect.

Make me laugh Dr, because the share price is about to make me cry...
