There is a company I am invested in who was doing a raising not so long ago.
I had some questions and they were told to be directed to the company secretary as per the annoucement at the time. He didn't reply to my emails or return several of my calls. In the end it was the main man who ended up answering my questions. I let him know that I wasn't at all happy with how the communication has been by the secretary at a time when the company was going to shareholders with their hand out. I could have just said F this they are not having my money, maybe some others did.

I can only guess there have been other complaints at that time and since as he
Has been replaced now. Moral of the story, some of these guys just don't care. They might be secretary/Comms reps for a number of different listed companies so it's worth letting the management of the company know about these issues.
