JuJum, I also think we need to be careful in thinking that a DOC is the panacea or silver bullet that unlocks all the value.

Sure, it makes it easier to jump through the hoops for potential institutional investors to get it into their portfolio - doesn't mean the money automatically comes pouring in and the SP shoots up 50%.

Don't think it impacts shorters/cappers - people short if they think a stock will drop in value, people will still think this. Maybe big institutions have more ability to cap price for a prolonged period of time also - point being it's not necessarily all gravy on JV announcement of DOC - but defo a good and important milestone

Unsure of the impact on potential JV financing - but i think that's a fairly interesting point worth exploring.
