That's not what I heard from FAR.. My questions were around who pays for drilling costs (35%) when PE is not resolved...
I heard that "Senegal government has not approved any change to the Senegal JV."
Which could be interpreted in a couple of ways including: Woodside yet to get a foot in and until PE is resolved Conoco will be liable for drilling commitments...
SNE drilling could be in a matter of weeks, page-11
