Think about it ! The FAR shareholders are only ones hurt by COP not complying with PE protocol, concocting a deal that undervalues the asset and not reaching a timely and amicable PE resolution.
When you see the big boys beating up on a smaller guy is it alright just to watch it happen, say nothing and hope it stops soon. Since when has it been OK to allow one partner in the joint venture face this misconduct on thier own without any help from the other partners it's a disgrace.
Under normal circumstances and if the rules had been followed FAR would have been be much better off, in all respects, FAR and it's shareholders have the right to compensation for the actions or non action of others.
These bottom draw bullying tactics have hurt no one but FAR and the sooner all the JV partners recognise this injustice the better.
Business as usual is not OK while this is left unresolved. IMO.
