OK I will bite "Woodside would love an arbitration ‘win’ for FAR. It could allow them to hand the lot back to ConocoPhillips and walk away whole."
Is this your opinion? if not please show me the media Ann where PC has stated this, early on he did make an off the cuff comment about walking away for SNE but since then and after much $$$ spent WPL seem to be hanging on very tightly to SNE. According to all reports from WPL everything is on tract for first oil by 2022, and CNE didn't mention it as a risk factor in their half yearly report (just issued)

Seems only WPL holder are concerned, well that's not true: holders like myself are also concern e.g. is there really a large company back FAR if they win or what will the share price drop to if they loose. Short term problems as FAR will almost certain see first oil (holding 13.5%) but WPL seeing first oil is a coin toss, unless many coins fall out of their pockets

2022 seem so FAR away but now counting the number of sleeps to first oil

My opinion only, or something like that
