'Pressure data from SNE-6 immediately confirmed good connectivity with SNE-5, according to Cairn Energy.'
Could someone please explain how they got an immediate confirmation from SNE-6 data?
The only way that would make sense to me would be if the pressure measured is exactly the same as at SNE-5, but this alone would not prove good flow rates?
I thought that only by reducing the pressure at SNE-6 could you verify the corresponding drop at the listening wells which was supposed to take a few weeks?
