This could all be a game of bluff imo.
CPL are saying we are going into production whilst offers of a takeover have not met there expectations.
CPL is in a win win situation go to production and get a huge increase in MC or finally recieve a takeover offer that is rewarding to shareholders and cut the risk and get a handsome payout.
The weak have left the building and may have fallen for the going to production line its a big game of poker imo..
