Someone is accumulating today... the appearence of a U seller above the market could be there for "other" purposes.
$2 was a major resistence last run, but a higher low has formed and selling looks weak. A break above $2 will see huge buying jump on the back of a rebound.
Again we see eveyone say "it's over sold" but they want to see $2 broken through before jumping on.
Target is a forward PE of 15 i.e. about $3.
