according to an e-mail reply from Dr Allen Shell in which I asked about the 3000 bp pones for this qtr the reply was"As announced to the market, the sale has been contracted with MDM in this current quarter"
Looks like the sale went through, possibly just prior to the Director buying in at 7.9.
The good Dr also stated in the e-mail that they expect payment in the July to Sept qtr of the $900,000 that was announced as part of the galaxy deal.
Could be one to hold based on this, the 3000 bp pones is by far there biggest deal so far.
