Morn all , Another interesting thought which I'm sure Coles hasn't thought of yet .
Shell fuel is not up to the same spec as the other majors . BP does produce the cleanest burning fuel with there BP ultimate high octane fuel , Mobil synergy is not bad as well especially for high performance applications.
But don't believe what Shell say re it's Shell Optimax , the stuff is crap . It shouldn't be used in new motorbikes cause it fouls plugs in many instances , is hydroscopic [ contaminated by water] if left in the fuel tanks of cars for to long and in my experience and others battles to remain consistent .
I won't be using Coles anylonger .
