I remove the basic chart information and just look at the moving averages. The basic chart information is full of noise. Simple really.
The more I use this technology more impressed I am with it. Nothing's perfect - but this ain't bad. There's a lot of nuances in these charts which are too difficult to go in to in written form - and I'm still learning with it. But like all indicators - I'm always looking for confirmation from non-co-related sources.
Elder uses a 2-day and a 13-day moving average for his signals which are much more short term and contrarian.
